Dubaigoldgems.ae uses PayPal as a trusted payment provider. For transactions, the payment will be held in escrow for up to 7 days after purchase. This ensures that both the buyer and seller are protected during the transaction process as regulated by consumer law of UAE.
- Escrow Period: Once a buyer wins an auction, the payment will be held in escrow until the buyer receives the item and confirms satisfaction. If the buyer is not satisfied, they inform the customer service ASAP up to 7 days, day 1 is the delivery day and initiate the return process with sellers within 7 days. The item may be returned after confirmation from the seller or customer service if the seller has not replied within 3 days. The payment may be refunded to the buyer after completion of the procedures as mentioned in the Return Policy.
- Sellers’ Payment Release: After 7 days if there is no concern raised by the buyer to customer service the payment in escrow will be released to the seller. The buyer can still arrange a return with sellers for up to 14 days, but the Dubai Gold Dems has no control over refund after 7 days, as the payment is released to the seller on completion of 7 days starting day 1 from delivery day.
