Yes, we keep a strict commitment to quality assurance for every item sold through our platform. We offer a 14-days return window for unused items in original packaging, provided the item materially differs from its listing description (type, color, clarity or size). Buyers initiate returns within 7 days with sellers via our internal chat system, sellers must reply within 3 days. Buyer and seller agree for return postage and insurance. Buyer submits six directional HD photos to be reviewed by the sellers before returning the item in its original packing, along with any accessories and new testing documents from an authentic lab with QR code. The payment will be refunded once the item is received and inspected by the sellers. The seller makes a decision about payment authorization within 3 days of the receipt of the item.

Returns are accepted;

Sellers can arrange replacement items with buyers with mutual agreement.

Sellers are not authorized to charge any fees for returned items

If the buyer finds it difficult to arrange a return with the seller, they escalate the matter to customer support service by emailing details to support@dubaigoldgems.com.

Due to minor discrepancies in test results, or tests that do not provide enough information to make decisions on, will not be accepted.
