At Dubai Gold Gems, we aim to provide transparent, fair, and affordable commission fees for our sellers. Below is a breakdown of how our commission fees, seller plans, and listing options work. We have designed our fees to be competitive while offering great value for your business.
1. Commission Fees
The commission fee of 7% is charged at the time of sale of the item.
We do not charge the listing fee, or shop listing fee.
Listing Type Fee (standard, Premium and Premium Extra): Fees are based on the sales you make each month. The bill will be sent at the beginning of each month and will include any applicable fees for the previous month.
- Payment Due: Fees bills must be paid by the 10th of each month.
- Late Payment: If the payment is not made by the 10th, your account will be suspended until the fee is paid.
- Fee Carryover: If the commission bill is less than $10, the fee will carry over to the next month. You will not be required to pay until the $10 threshold is met.
4. Listing Types and Fees
You can choose from several listing types when creating your item listing. These are designed to provide flexibility and visibility, depending on your goals.
- Standard Listing: A basic listing with standard visibility.
- Fee: $1 per listing. (free for limited time and sellers will be notified one month prior of any change in policy/rates)
- Premium Listing: A highlighted listing that stands out in categories and search results.
- Fee: $5 per listing for a 7-day duration.
- Premium Extra Listing: A top-of-the-page listing with a large banner for maximum visibility.
- Fee: $10 per listing for a 7-day duration.
